Our Team

As Alakmalak's CEO, Rushik brings over 9 years of management, operations, and marketing experience to his role at the company. Rushik is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, Production enhancements and generate sales to support Alakmalak's growth. Rushik is also responsible for operational management at the company.

Prior to Alakmalak, Rushik was a Web Developer at Cherryone Inc. Chicago in 2004, after which Joined Dotomi Inc, as a client Integration Engineer. He returned back to India in early 2008, where he started managing his company full time. Rushik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gujarat University and a Masters Degree in Information Technology Management from Illinois Institute of Technology at Chicago, Illinois. His educational background along with a variety of experience adds a charm to his personality, wherein actively handing the company operations.

Mr. D.C.Shah, a bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University, is a Whole time COO of our Company. He has more than fifteen years experience in the filtration industry. His past experience includes working in his family business of manufacturing filters. He started Fluid Air Filter Systems, a partnership firm, engaged in the business of filters. In 2005, he along with our other Promoters foresaw an untapped opportunity in the business of outsourcing the website development services, thus prompted them to set up a development center for the same. He oversees the marketing and operational activities of our Company.

Jeetu Chimnani, a bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University, is acting as the Chief Instructions officer of our Company and has more than eight years of experience in the web Industry. He started his career as the CEO of Jinfo, Ahmedabad. He promoted, the Jalaram Infotech Brand, which is till date the best and the largest web hosting company in the Gujarat State. He is responsible to manage the web hosting and domain name registration department of the company.

From Day one of his joining the company has contributed to an excellent management, with some significant moves to motivate team work and customer relationship management are the best. Apart from that, he is also involved in training web hosting support specialist, managing the servers, resolving customer issues, business development, and managing customer relationships.

Snehal Mistry is acting as the Head of the Marketing Department who has been working in the company for he past three years. He received his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Gujarat University and Master's degree in commerce from the same university. While studying for his bachelor's degree, was working as a Sales Executive - for HSBC for 5 months and then as a Team leader in Hutch in the collections department. Ever since he is working with Alakmalak, the company has grown in leaps and bounds. He is extremely dedicated towards the company and is playing a very important role in maintaining the company's brand. He is also responsible for operation management related to website designing, and is also acting as a Account Manager for US and UK based clients.

Chirag shah is our Online Marketing Head. He has been with us for 4+ years. He received M.Sc in Mathematics from Gujarat University.

He handled SEO projects from starting to deliver result as per commitment. These include design strategy, define process, educate team as per client's/industry requirement, update client with progress we made and ask him to add new features to get maximum online benefits.

He has sound understanding of Search Engine Algorithm (Google, Bing, Yahoo etc), PPC, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter etc) this help us to deliver result as per client's requirement.
